-A Victim's temporary home- 12 Dec., 1995
Some victims made temporary homes by themselves on their own property. Blue panels on the
left are pre-fabricated storage boxes, this person added space by panels that maybe were a
part of their destroyed home. Around this home, some person who has money or could borrow
money from banks or Government's systems start to build their new homes as seen on the
right side of the photo. But almost properties are just only cleaned out. So, you can see
many flat open areas. Before the Earthquake, no open land was available around here.
Properties are very very tight, much closer than U.S.A. or England. Homes were linked
together here but hard to image it now.
